Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims to offer the student a series of knowledge thanks to which he is able to understand the legal and jurisprudential structure of the subject in its theoretical declination and to concretely interpret the rules and limits that, with regard to the legal field, the exercise of the health profession meets daily. At the end of the course, students must be able to know the fundamental elements of Italian public law and a series of specific notions relating to the system of services to the person.

Course Structure

Frontal lessons; recording of lessons (if provided).

Verification of learning can also be carried out online, if conditions require it.

If the teaching is given in a mixed or remote mode, the necessary changes may be introduced with respect to what was previously stated, in order to comply with the program envisaged and reported in the Syllabus.

Learning Assessment

Learning Assessment Procedures

Oral examination.

The exam will be assessed according to the following criteria:

the relevance of the answers to the questions asked;

the quality and understanding of the contents;

the ability to link with other topics covered by the program;

the ability to report examples;

the property of technical language;

the student's overall exhibition capacity;

familiarity with the legal texts.

Verification of learning can also be carried out electronically, should the conditions require it.
