Module IGIENE DELL'AMBIENTE E DEGLI ALIMENTI

Academic Year 2023/2024 - Teacher: ANTONIO CRISTALDI

Expected Learning Outcomes

The course allows you to acquire essential knowledge relating to the protection of health in living environments (outdoor and indoor environments), in particular: the relationships between exposure to environmental contaminants and the onset of the main infectious and chronic-degenerative diseases; main strategies implemented to prevent negative effects on human health caused by environmental factors; understand the principles and issues relating to food hygiene and nutrition.

Course Structure

Frontal teaching in the classroom with the help of electronic material made available by the teacher.

Required Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of chemistry, biology, physics.

Attendance of Lessons

Mandatory
