Expected Learning Outcomes

The module aims to provide a basic understanding of the main topics in general psychology and the psychological processes underlying human behaviour. 

Applied knowledge and understanding. Knowledge and use of a bio-psycho-social approach to medical topics and issues. Knowledge of the main topics in general psychology and current theoretical, experimental, empirical and applied developments in the discipline.

The course is generally consistent with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, as far as academic training is concerned.
