Knowledge and Understanding: At the end of the course, students will have acquired knowledge of the main neurological and psychiatric disorders of childhood and adolescence, including their diagnostic criteria, etiopathogenesis, clinical course, and therapeutic approaches.
Applying Knowledge and Understanding: At the end of the course, students will be able to apply this knowledge to the analysis of clinical cases, critically and independently interpreting anamnestic and diagnostic data.
Making Judgements: At the end of the course, students will have developed sound judgment in the evaluation of clinical conditions.
Communication Skills: At the end of the course, students will have developed appropriate communication skills to interact with professionals, patients, and families.
Learning Skills: At the end of the course, students will have developed autonomous learning abilities aimed at continuous professional development through consultation of the scientific literature.
Course Structure
Lessons ad internship. Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus. Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.
