Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims to provide advanced knowledge and skills in the organization and management of rehabilitation services, with particular reference to healthcare governance, quality systems, outcome measurement, and the integration of scientific evidence into clinical and organizational decision-making processes.

1. Knowledge and Understanding

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • Describe organizational models of rehabilitation services

  • Understand systems for outcome measurement and quality evaluation

  • Identify the regulatory framework and professional responsibilities

  • Understand the principles of Evidence-Based Practice


2. Applying Knowledge and Understanding

Students will be able to:

  • Apply planning and evaluation tools within rehabilitation services

  • Define and interpret outcome and quality indicators

  • Integrate scientific evidence into clinical and organizational decision-making processes


3. Making Judgements

Students will be able to:

  • Critically evaluate organizational models and performance data

  • Formulate decisions based on scientific evidence and objective data


4. Communication Skills

Students will be able to:

  • Justify organizational choices using appropriate technical terminology

  • Communicate effectively within multidisciplinary and coordination settings
