Enzymatic histochemistry (special stains: eg Alcian-PAS, Giemsa, Rosso Congo, etc.)
immunohistochemistry: unmasking, detection systems, antigen-antibody reaction, primary and secondary antibodies
Main molecular biology techniques (FISH, CISH)
