Expected Learning Outcomes

Lessons aim at providing the students with theoretical tools in order to both analyze our everyday micro-social dynamics and reflect on ourselves as “aware player” of professional context. Course is particularly focused on the psychological small-group dynamics: qualitative characteristics, leadership and conflict; empathy and “listening ability”; “being in the relationship" ability and role interpretation in order to well do/well play own professional role.

Oral exam. Elements to be evaluated: relevance of the answers, quality of their contents, ability to connect with other topics within the program, ability to report examples, quality of technical language, and overall expressive ability.
