HEALTH LAW
The Course aims to provide students with ana analytical knowledge of the Italian health system, as well as the rights and duties of the main professional figures operating there, within particular regard to the legal status of nurses.
Course Structure
Lectures having theorical nature, still involving the discussion of some practical cases.

Individual study shall be done, at the choice of each Student:
1) Topics covered by lectures from 1 to 4: texts provided by the Teacher via Studium;
2) Topics covered by lectures from 5 to 7: R BIN - D. DONATI - G. PITRUZZELLA, Lineamenti di diritto pubblico per i servizi sociali e sanitari, Giappichelli, last ed., exclusively chapters 12, 13, and 14;

All the topics: Further texts provided by the Teacher via Studium, together with notes from speeches delivered in class.
