HEALTH LAW

The Course aims to provide students with ana analytical knowledge of the Italian health system, as well as the rights and duties of the main professional figures operating there, within particular regard to the legal status of nurses.

Lectures having theorical nature, still involving the discussion of some practical cases.

Interview on the main topics discussed in class. Anyway, each student will be free to ask for a preliminary self-evaluation test.

Law and same-force acts; governmental regulations; organisation of the Italian NHS; division of legislative and administrative competence between the State and Regions in the healthcare field; nurses' job duties; healthcare professionals' legal status.
