Detailed Course Content

Historical evolution of the international legal system.

▪ Introductory notions and regulatory framework.

▪ General features and fundamental principles of the international legal system.

The legal system of the European Union.

▪ Sources of international law (customary law and treaties).

▪ International organizations (UN – United Nations; WHO – World Health Organization; ICRC – International Committee of the Red Cross).

▪ Health protection in the European and international context.

▪ Human rights.
