Academic Year 2023/2024 - Teacher: PAOLO VIGNERIExpected Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is for students to be able to describe the main mechanisms of cancer pathogenesis and define the most appropriate diagnostic approach needed to classify the most common neoplasms. In this context, students will be required to discuss the techniques and purposes for which they are employed in cancer diagnosis. Basic knowledge of pharmacology related to conventional chemotherapeutics and new biological anti-tumor drugs will also be required.

Knowledge of Cellular Biology, Biochemistry and General Pathology
