Module MEDICINA LEGALE

The student must learn and deal with all healthcare situations that have criminal or civil legal implications. It must also be able to provide information to the citizen / patient about the rights to which he is entitled due to his health conditions. At the end of the course, the student will acquire basic competence on the medico-legal aspects of healthcare professions, certification activities, the duties of the healthcare professional towards the law, the patient and the code of ethics.
