Learning Objectives

  • Pharmacology

    The aim of this course is to learn the knowledge for the general mechanisms of drugs action, the principles of pharmacokinetics, the adverse effects and the more important pharmacological interactions. After completing this module, students gain understanding the main pharmacological and pharmacotherapeutic of different classes of drugs.

  • INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCES III - AUDIOPROTESIS Module IV

    - Collection of the subjective and objective needs of the patient.

    - Choice of hearing aid.

    - Adaptation and verification of the acoustic solution over time.

    Traditional lecture.

    Frontal lesson. If the teaching is given in a mixed or remote way, the necessary changes may be introduced with respect to what was previously stated, in order to respect the program envisaged and reported in the syllabus.

  • Pharmacology

    Introduction to Pharmacology.

    Drugs development process.

    Elements of Pharmacokinetics: absorption, ditribution, metabolism, elimination.

    Elements of Pharmacodynamic and tyoes of drugs receptors.

    Elements of drug abuse and addiction.

  • INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCES III - AUDIOPROTESIS Module IV

    Audioprosthetic counseling, prosthetic audiometry, fitting and verification of prosthetic fit.
