Learning Objectives
- General and Applied Hygiene
At the end of the course the student must know: the basic principles of health management, the organization and the complexity of the National Health Service, with particular reference to the Prevention Department and the hospital, understanding and knowing how to apply the basic management rules of the clinical risk and infection prevention in the clinical setting.

1. Knowing the techniques, tools and set of skills through which management activities can be undertaken.
2. Know and understand the organizational and economic contexts of the National Health Service.
3. Know and know how to apply the principles of health promotion.
4. Know the departmental and district organization.
5. Know the operation of the Prevention Department.
6. Understanding complexity in health care and clinical risk.
7. Know and know how to apply the rules and procedures to prevent healthcare-related infections (ICA)
8. Know and be able to apply the practice of sanitation and disinfection.
