Il Corso di Lingua inglese per Infermieri è finalizzato a fornire agli studenti le competenze linguistiche necessarie di cui hanno bisogno per far fronte ai requisiti linguistici della loro specializzazione e di utilizzare l'inglese correttamente e in modo fluente nell’ambiente professionale. In maniera specifica, questo corso mira a sviluppare le quattro abilità, tenendo conto della struttura morfo-sintattica e linguistico- espressive, con particolare attenzione all'acquisizione del lessico (terminologia specifica relativa ad apparecchiature e strumenti di lavoro) e alle abilità comunicative (approccio col paziente).

Talking about health and fitness (asking about health, sickness and recovery);
Distinguish Medical and General English (parts of the body, describing radiation of pain);
Describing the functions of the body (eating, five senses, other functions);
Italiano
Being able to take a patient’s history (Personal Details, problems and pains, Drug history, family history, social and personal history);
Nursing grades, specialization, the nurse’s role;
Being able to examine a patient and giving him/her instructions during a physical examination session;
The female reproductive system (menstruation, contraception, a gynecological consultation).

future - will, be going to and present continuous;
Simple Phrasal verbs in medical context;
comparative and superlative adjectives;
countable and uncountable nouns;
prefixes and suffixes in word formation;
